A one time $500 fee is charged regardless of catalog size with a 50% non-refundable deposit due before work can begin. This will cover initial set-up and population of the catalog by Sigma 4. This assumes that inventory data can be provided in electronic form by the client.
If inventory data cannot be provided electronically, a $45/hr rate will be charged for data entry.
Sigma 4 can photograph or scan existing printed images of inventory items at a rate of $65/hr.
Computerized clean-up and preparation of graphics or photos will be performed at a rate of $65/hr.
Sigma 4 will train the client on how to maintain their catalog through a web browser for free.
Sigma 4 can maintain the catalog for the client for a monthly fee based on volume of changes to be performed. This rate is calculated on a case-by-case basis.
